Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
We’re seeking an Marketing Coordinator to help bring our client campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with the internal team and external vendors to plan and execute unique offline marketing experiences, from small pop-up events to large-scale exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all logistics for brand activations and events from planning through post-event wrap-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venues, and clients during campaign execution
- Develop comprehensive event documentation including timelines, run-of-show schedules, and staffing plans
- Assist in the creation of compelling marketing collateral and social media content to amplify campaign presence
- Track event success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or brand activations preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools and analytics platforms is a plus
